This paper analyzes the new challenges and opportunities for legal leadership in the context of technological disruption. It argues that traditional, hierarchical organizational models are inadequate to address the complex issues arising from the intensive use of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, and big data. The article proposes that effective legal leadership must embrace "redarchy," a collaborative and non-hierarchical model that leverages collective intelligence and interdisciplinary work. The role of innovation laboratories (Labs) as spaces for experimentation and co-creation is highlighted, with a specific focus on the ISLab at the National University of Rosario. The Estonian e-government model is presented as a successful case study, demonstrating how a digital-first approach, centered on citizen identity and data security, can lead to efficient, transparent, and inclusive public services. The text concludes that legal leadership today requires a profound cultural shift: moving from reactive to proactive, from solitary work to network collaboration, to build a new legal architecture that is ethical and sustainable.
