The Internet of Things could significantly change the way people live. However, with the use of these devices that are already on the market, it is necessary to pay attention to the risks that can bring to privacy as the fundamental right of users. Thus, the objective of the article is to demonstrate the challenges for the preservation of the right to privacy as a constitutional principle, the growing connectivity of devices in the daily life of the base, applying the application of the principle of privacy in the scope of the Internet of Things (IoT) with based on the Federal Constitution and the General Data Protection Law.
