This article aims to analyze the conditions for implementing a government digital plataforma for public procurement. The legal regime for public procurement for ordinary purchases is examined from the perspective of its (non) applicability to the e-Marketplace, highlighting its advantagens and disadvantages, as well as the current technical and legal obstacles to its implementation.
